Camille Zipparro

Meet Camille Zipparro.

Camille is a Real Estate professional in the Chicagoland area who originally started her career in San Diego in 2018. In 2020 she decided to make the move to Chicago to be closer to her family. She also earned her Real Estate license in Illinois. Camille believes there is no greater feeling in the world than being able to help people achieve their real estate goals. Her favorite part of the business is seeing the smiles it brings to her client's faces on closing day- and handing over the key to their new home.

Her approach is to lead with her kind and authentic self and believes that creates lasting impressions, over the sales approach. She was raised with old-school principles of honesty, integrity, and being trustworthy.  Camille joined the Kim Alden Team in 2020 and they made the move to COMPASS shortly after. In 2022 the team helped 452 families with a total volume of $135M+.

Having worked with a number of buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, Camille brings her skill set, knowledge, and experience to her clients to help them find their individualized needs. In Camille’s first year with the team, she helped 25 families with their real estate dreams. In 2021, Camille finished out the year strong and received the honor as the #2 top producer for Zillow transactions. Although 2022 was a challenging year in the real estate market for buyers, she was still able to navigate through calmly and professionally.

She prides herself on collaborating with a team that also holds the same passion for real estate as she does along with "helping everyone find their place in the world". Camille has a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, however, pursued other avenues after she received that degree.

Camille is originally from San Diego but has also lived half of her life in Illinois. She has a miniature pinscher named Ruby. Ruby can be seen riding shotgun during her showings. Camille is enthusiastic about traveling and finds excitement in exploring all the beauty the world has to offer when she is not exploring the beauty of houses of course.
