Susan has 28 years of real estate experience. She is dedicated to providing personalized service to all of her clients, throughout every step of their real estate transaction.

A licensed Realtor® since 1996, Susan specializes in residential real estate throughout the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. Susan joined The Kim Alden Team in 2013, a Team with an invaluable collective wealth of real estate knowledge and experience, exceptional customer service, utilizing cutting edge technology and marketing. Growing up in a military family stationed in several states and abroad, and moving several times after starting her own family, Susan understands moving can be both stressful and exciting. Susan makes the buying and selling process as easy and stress free as possible, using excellent communication and a friendly approach.
